Nattie Chatty and Blog Appearance

Now that we have a boy, Chris made me change the blog from pink to something neutral. Silly men. Too bad Nat is getting all of his hand-me-downs from a big sister! He is currently sleeping in a pink butterfly rocker, and was wearing a bib that said "Mommy and Me, Doing the Girl Thing". Tough break, kid. How does the saying go? Real men wear pink!

Here is a video of Nattie chatting with Mommy. He is super smiley whenever he gets to hang with Stella, but he saves all his yapping for Mommy.

Vids of the Kids, Father's Day

Summer is rolling along, and we have a smiley boy and a yappy girl. We had a terrible storm (with a tornado!) and our power was out for three nights. We all got to stay over with Grandma and Grandad, and were well-fed and comfortable. Stella enjoyed her time with Uncle David, and was able to boss him into lots of bubble blowing.





Kelly lent us her baby tub, and Nat just loves chilling in the water. He is immediately sleepy post-bath and it is certainly nice to sniff him when he is all clean. He favorite activity is peeing while in the bath and trying to hit the countertop.



Grandma and Grandad have a blow-up pool. Naturally, I wasn't too worried about potty accidents in this tiny pool and didn't bother with a swim diaper. As luck would have it... POOP! Here's a pic of Stella in just a diaper as her swimsuit was getting cleaned up.
