The Lost Photos

So, my camera finally bit the dust. Therefore, it has taken a bit of effort to get the latest pics uploaded. Unfortunately, this included Christmas! So here they are- and only a month overdue.

Stella went to Frankie's awesome birthday party. It was circus themed and included a lion cake, cotton candy, a bouncy house, and a balloon bending face painter.

Stella had a great time and ate her fair share of junk food.

She also got to go in the bouncy house (when the big kids were not in it) but she elected to just sit, and not move. She also played Bozo Buckets (but only took balls OUT of the buckets), and got a balloon penguin, which she currently LOVES.

And here are some of the lost Christmas photos from Aunt Jennie's and Grandma Louise's house.

Stella got WAY too many presents, but really loved her new stroller, baby doll and books!

Stella enjoyed having another holiday with Grand Aunt June before she headed back to England. June certainly spoiled Stella while she was here, and is responsible for giving Stella at least half of her current sock collection.

Stella is incredibly cute in her kitty hat- even if several people think it is a piggy hat.

This is the pic that would have been on the Christmas card if I'd have gotten it together and actually ordered it!

Updates and Artwork

Stella has been adding to her vocabulary. Here are is a list of her current words (that I can remember): Mama, Dada, elbow, Stella, no, juice, ball, baby, shirt, shoes, socks, hot, remote, nana (banana), bobble (bottle), hi, bye-bye, duck, eye, nose, ear, cheese, thank you, pee pee, poop, light, sippie, soup, teeth, hat, peas, up, pup pup, tree, out. Oh, and let's not leave out "shit". Oops. I hope she forgets about that one.

Stella now has the following phrases: what's that?, where's _____ ?(usually asking about Dada or Elmo the cat), where is she?, there she is,

Stella now gives eskimo kisses to us and her dolls, and has found herself a nice, comfy seat... in the fridge.

Daddy got an Ipad for Christmas- and I still need to blog about it- but one of the applications is a drawing pad. Stella has been making artwork.

This is currently Stella's favorite photo to look at. Whenever I am on my laptop, she will ask to see the "pup pup" and she woofs at it. The picture is of a dog that Uncle David tried to buy for her, but I said no. She stood next to it and pet it until we took it away.

*As I type this, Chris and Stella are watching football and Stella just yelled "Touchdown!".
